Roelof started his career as an adult trainer and facilitator in 1991 and has been in senior management since 1994. He has done direct sales and marketing since 1994 and has worked in industries such as insurance, real estate, security, casino, software and tourism.

He has developed and lectured many courses in his career since 1991 and he easily admit that his true passion in life is to act as facilitator. Due to this passion he completed the Train the Trainer course with the university of potchefstroom in 1996 and this same talent as facilitator was developed and enhanced through the years of in the field experience, making him an excellent adult trainer.

He started his first business in 1997 and has owned businesses in a variety of fields since then. Since 1998 however he specialised in the online industry and more specific online marketing. He is internationaly respected as an outstanding SEO specialist and it is a well known fact that his approach to online marketing and strategies in the field of Editorial Marketing, SMO and Datamining brought success to several well known online businesses.
